The booklets of 15 and of 30 stamps and the unfolded panes of 10 have
only one plate number: 11111. For details concerning the different cover types, the different rouletting on the removable center strip and the Plate Positions please see Alan Malakoff's Catalog. |
There are stamps with different colors in the flag colors. |

These are the five different stamps of 2921 (1997). One set of four possible positions from the pane of 10, one stamp with another die cut (pane of five from the booklet of 15), lower left corner, starting vertically with a peak. | |
Many thanks to my friend Jim Fowler for sending me these strange samples of 2921 (1997). The marginal markings "color triangle" have been printed partially on the stamps (or the die cut partially has been placed into the color triangles) So here we have FoP's with colored die cut peaks. Nothing is impossible with the FoP's! |

Only the inside with the bold word "free" exists with the 1997 booklets, it has a small "© USPS 1994" inscription at top. The outside has the two numbers 15 or 30 and the "recycle" imprint. |
The 30 stamp booklet has three panes of ten glued in at the top, the 15 stamp booklet has a pane of 10 and a pane of 5 (label at position bottom left has two vertical and two horizontal die cut lines to prevent use as a stamp). below: the two unfolded panes. |
