9 August 2010: This is my ongoing try to put together the postal rates in the
New Hebrides. I just compared the postage on the letters and postcards from
various sources. I left out clearly philatelic postage with complete sets etc.
So far it's a matter of statistics and probability only. The rates are printed
in bold in a yellow field when I'm rather sure about the amount.
