Just below the top perforation of the upper pane there is a colour mark in the middle selvedge.
The same on the lowest row of the bottom pane.
They were also present on the 1908 and 1910 issues.

According to Hals/Collas, only one complete millésime pair is known for the 5c on 50c without CONDOMINIUM. Jacques Merot told me about ten years ago
that this pair is a mint one, and that in addition, one mint stamp with an adjacent millésime field is known (shown here), and one used stamp with a
millésime field on a letter. We have not seen this letter so far and do not know if the other three possible millésimes still exist. (Merot coll.)
More than 12 Years after I wrote the text above the only millesime pair of this error showed up at Roumet, Paris.
