The postmaster explains, in this letter, that he is sending the new stamps,
which are reprints of the 1911/12 definitives - the English stamps on the new
Script CA watermark paper which was only introduced in 1921. The French stamps
were reprinted on the existing RF paper.

This untravelled postcard has a 2d stamp which is of a deeper grey
than the 1911 one and should be a 1921 SCA. It is cancelled with
PCH type 7. We have quite a lot of untravelled postcards all cancelled
