The Nouvelles Hébrides 40FNH on 25 centimes or, 10FNH and 40FNH, and the
New Hebrides 10FNH on 25 gold centime and 20FNH stamps together with
Vanuatu 200,100,65,45 and 65VA stamps!
Canceled with the modified PM30/31C without NH : Port-Vila 27.11.90.
On front in red the Vietnamese manual cachet PHAT NHANH / THU 150d
anticapitalistic tax.
Backstamped HO CHI MINH 17.12.90 and 11 QUAN 18.12.90 in arrival.
So the letter was regularly posted at Port-Vila and handled to Vietnam,
gone through without a hitch.
