1976, Jan. 30, : First Commercial Flight of the Concorde
This French version illustrates Concorde carrying the livery of Air France, the English version illustrates Concorde in the colours of British Airways.
The stamps were produced in France by the French Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and printed by Éditions de l'Aubetin (EDILA)
from a polychrome design by Mr. J.B.E. Chesnot.
Printing was by letterpress on unwatermarked paper, 25 stamps per sheet.

1976, June 29, : These stamps commemorate the constitutional changes that took place in 1975. The towns of VILA and SANTO had been granted
Municipal status with an elected Council. They were issued on 29th June, 1976; the day of the opening of the First Representative Assembly.
They were processed by photogravure on unwatermarked paper. The design is by Mrs Baillais, France and they were printed by the Ministry of P & T in Périgueux, France.
Note: The 25c stamp shows the incorrect longitude 116°E instead of 166°E.
