with a 15F Belgian stamp (to pay for the registration?) The registered receipt
is included but says 18.50F.
The reply is cancelled Brussels -2-6-71.14 and is backstamped Lyon -3-6-71.15
on its way to Vila.
In Vila it was marked RETOUR and INCONNU and sent back to the sender in Paris.
