Philatelic Sundries
Many stampless covers were sent by Condominium institutions. For a nearly complete list of their cachets you might want to buy Bill Holland's
New Hebrides Official Cachets/Nouvelles Hebrides Cachets Officiels here at the Pacific Islands Study Circle.

This postmark is very scarce - only these three covers are known - and there doesn't exist any research so far.

Only one other seen before: "POSTE PAYEE 10 CENTIMES OR" on a cover to Patrick O'Reilly, author of "HÉBRIDAIS" and other Pacific books. (Klinger coll.)

And here is a third one of these poste payée covers: "POSTE PAYEE 10 CENTIMES OR" on a cover to Mr. Ménager, Santo and cancelled Santo.
